The Sydney Baha’i Centre located in Silverwater was opened officially by NSW Governor Professor Marie Bashir on Friday 17 October, 2003. The vision for the building is of a centre of excellence for spiritual and moral education, where all people of good will may explore together a common spiritual heritage, and where we may discover ways to build bridges of faith and understanding across the racial, ethnic and religious barriers which still stand in our society. The facilities and human resources of this Centre are available both to Sydney’s many Baha’i communities and groups, and to the wider community. It is our hope that the Sydney Baha’i Centre will become a place of joy and hospitality, a suitable venue for hosting a variety of activities and events which promote the oneness of humanity. For all information regarding booking and reservations please contact the centre booking office on the email or phone number provided.
